About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with bookkeeping, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions efficiently. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Record and reconcile all company accounts on a regular basis.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and collections.
  • Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and general accounts accurately.

Banking & Reconciliation:

  • Prepare and perform bank reconciliations regularly.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure accurate tracking of all transactions.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Coordination & Support:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external auditors for periodic reviews.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
