Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with proven expertise in the MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MEPF industry.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities in the MEPF domain.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of proven sales/business development experience in the MEPF industry.
  • Strong understanding of MEPF systems and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
