Role & responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, customization, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes.
  • Develop custom scripts, reports, and dashboards using Python, Frappe Framework, and ERPNext APIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage bug fixes, and provide ongoing ERPNext support to end-users.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage migrations from legacy systems into ERPNext.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CRM, HRMS, Accounting, Inventory, and Project workflows.
  • Maintain system documentation, technical specs, and process flows.
  • Drive best practices, compliance, and user adoption of ERPNext.
  • Stay updated with ERPNext releases and recommend enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in ERP implementation/support with at least 3+ years in ERPNext (Frappe framework).
  • Strong functional expertise across modules: CRM, HRMS, Finance/Accounting, Projects, Sales, and Procurement.
  • Hands-on technical skills: Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and ERPNext customization.
  • Experience in server setup, deployment, and performance tuning of ERPNext is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) with ability to work with business & technical teams.
