Who are we looking for?

We are looking for
Mining Operations Consultants
to support our client, a leading global consulting firm, on an operational excellence engagement with a large mining player in India. The project is focused on improving productivity and operational efficiency across multiple mine sites in Rajasthan.

who want to make a direct impact by driving measurable improvements in mine productivity, fleet utilisation, and recovery processes.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support consulting and client teams in executing productivity improvement initiatives at mine sites.
• Track and analyse key project metrics related to mine development, hoisting systems, fleet performance, and recovery processes.
• Identify and drive improvements in mine planning, stoping operations, and equipment/workforce utilisation.
• Collaborate closely with client site teams to enhance safety, recovery rates, and overall operational efficiency.
• Provide analytical and on-ground execution support to leadership teams to ensure timely and sustainable delivery of outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (IIT-ISM Dhanbad or other reputed mining institutes preferred).
• Minimum
  3+ years of experience
  in mining operations or development projects.
• Hands-on expertise in mine planning, development, stoping operations, hoisting systems, and recovery improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, on-site environments.
• Exposure to productivity improvement or operational excellence initiatives in the mining/industrial sector will be an advantage.

  6–9 months (potential for extension based on project needs)
• Location:
  Rajasthan, India (on-site, Monday–Friday) with weekend fly-backs
