Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on banking products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and sales conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (preferably from banking industry).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong cross-selling skills with knowledge of various financial products and services offered by the bank.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or special events.
