Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Working Drawings:

Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers for design integration.

Ensure accuracy and clarity in drawing production.

Design Development:

Explore design options and develop innovative solutions.

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather project information.

Prepare design reports and presentations.

Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.

Utilize additional design software as required (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, rendering software).
