Junior Architect

At Welkin architects, we are passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces. Our projects range from residential to commercial developments, where creativity meets practicality. We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our growing team and contribute to exciting ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design development, preparation of presentation drawings, and working drawings.
• Support senior architects in conceptual design, planning, and detailing.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
• Prepare 3D models and renders for client presentations.
• Conduct site visits and documentation when required.
• Research materials, finishes, and construction details to support design work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
