Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions across phone, email, chat, or social media. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software.
Multitasking and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BPO or call center environments.
Fluency in multiple languages.
Knowledge of ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
