Position: Customer Support & Technical Support for International UK Process

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International UK Process as Customer Support and Technical Support agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting UK-based customers, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service. Whether you have prior experience or are a fresher, we encourage you to apply Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through voice, email, and chat support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
  • Maintain and update customer records as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10th Standard, 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply. Candidates with a PG degree freshers will not be eligible to apply.
  • Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • UK shifts.
  • 5 Days working, 2 Days off.
