We're looking for a motivated sales partner to join our growing bond cleaning business in Australia. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work independently, build client relationships, and help tenants, landlords, and real estate agents find the cleaning solutions they need to secure full bond returns

As a partner , you will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects while representing our professional bond cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell professional bond cleaning services to tenants, property managers and landlords..
  • Educate clients about the importance of end of lease cleaning and its role in securing full bond refunds.
  • Understanding of the scope of bond cleaning services, including kitchen, bathroom, carpet, and window cleaning.
  • Collaborate with the cleaning team to schedule jobs and ensure service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in cleaning services or real estate.
  • Knowledge of bond cleaning standards and tenant obligations at the end of a lease.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
