Job Type: Internship (FTE based on performance)

Starting Salary range – ₹7,000/-month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, updating recruitment trackers, and assisting with on-boarding and document collection.

This role also includes maintaining employee records, conducting basic market research, and supporting travel coordination when required. It is a great opportunity to learn and grow, develop strong HR skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

· Manage and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain and update Excel data sheets for all HR and recruitment activities.

· Support on-boarding processes and handle document collection from new joiners.

· Coordinate with new joiners regarding joining formalities and induction.

· Prepare, maintain, and update HR forms, reports, and documentation.

· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates.

· Support daily HR operations such as attendance tracking and administrative tasks.

· Perform research-related tasks, including market research, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping.

· Handle travel-related coordination when required (candidate travel, team travel, or field visits).

· Utilize strong researching skills to support HR initiatives, process improvements, and hiring strategies.

· Willingness to travel for recruitment activities, campus drives, or other HR operational needs.

Requirements & Skills:

· Must have a Bachelor's degree OR Master's Degree (BBA/ MBA in HR Preferred).

· Excellent communication skills preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office Excel - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
