Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shadow Therapist role located in Bengaluru. As a Shadow Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism to provide structured support tailored to their individual developmental and learning needs. Responsibilities include helping children integrate into school settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring and recording progress, and collaborating with families and educators to ensure comprehensive care and support. The role requires a compassionate, patient, and adaptable individual who can foster growth and build positive relationships with children and their caregivers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and experience in behavior intervention techniques.
• Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families, educators, and other stakeholders.
• Flexibility, observation skills, and adaptability to customize strategies based on individual child needs and classroom environments.
• Ability to work hands-on with children, exhibit patience, and maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Background in psychology, special education, child development, or related fields (Master's degree ).
• Proficiency in documenting progress and producing detailed reports to support ongoing therapy plans.
