**Role Summary**

We are looking for a compassionate Nursing Professional for Personal Support to work with children and young individuals, assisting them in their daily routines, learning, and overall development. The role primarily involves working as a shadow support in school settings, helping individuals adapt and thrive in inclusive classrooms. Additionally, after an initial engagement period, professionals will have the opportunity to take on homecare assignments, providing personalized care and developmental support in home environments.

At Insighte, we ensure that our team is well-equipped to handle their roles effectively. All professionals receive in-house training before transitioning into homecare assignments, allowing them to expand their expertise and earning potential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Shadow Support in Schools: Assist children in classroom settings by providing one-on-one support, helping them with academic tasks, social interactions, and overall participation in the school environment.
- Homecare Support: After an initial period, provide one-on-one care and assistance in home settings, following personalized support plans to enhance daily routines, learning, and well-being.
- Collaboration with Families and Educators: Work closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure consistency in support strategies across school and home environments.
- Encouraging Independence: Support children in developing essential life skills, communication abilities, and confidence in daily interactions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain progress records, document observations, and provide regular updates to Insighte’s team for continuous improvement in support strategies.
- Professional Development: Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in personal support, inclusive education, and care methodologies.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Education & Certification: Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) with valid registration. Additional certifications in pediatric care, inclusive education, or behavioural support are an advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience working with children in school, clinical, or homecare settings is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for working with young individuals are also encouraged to apply.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Base Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month for shadow support assignments in schools.
- Variable Earnings: Additional earning potential of up to ₹30,000 per month by taking on homecare assignments.
