Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Location: Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned area to promote and sell company products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Generate daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales (FMCG / Building Material / Cement / Any similar industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
  • Should be an immediate joiner.
