Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & communication (Only)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct data research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data sets.

• Could be able to perform RCA and identify outliers in the data.

• Helps the customers in troubleshooting the issues related to the system. Maintaing the SLA report.

• Utilise business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover the insights that help the customer for business growth.

• Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve common user issues.

• Communicate clearly and politely with end users. Provide timely updates to users on the status of their reported issues.

• Monitor system alerts or dashboards and report anomalies.

Requirements and skills:

• Experience of 1-3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)

• Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in Excel Some knowledge of tools like Python/SQL.

• Should understand the renewable energy business.

• Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.

• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

• Maintain professionalism in all customer and internal communications.

• Be proactive in asking for help when stuck and contribute to team goals.
