Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to help us make data-driven decisions. As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our product, marketing, and operations teams to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization strategies
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and tools to support business intelligence and analytics
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth and optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data mining, machine learning, or predictive modeling is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and dynamics
