We are seeking a talented and motivated Back-End Developer with expertise in Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in building scalable and secure back-end solutions, and a passion for developing high-quality applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement server-side components that power our applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in back-end development using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API design best practices.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, authentication methods, and data protection (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain back-end applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and external systems.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security in alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Integrate with databases, including creating optimized queries and managing database schemas.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in back-end development and Spring ecosystem.

Preferred Qualification

Knowledge of front-end technologies like React or for better collaboration with front-end developers. Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
