Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for Inviting Vendors at Delhivery. The Vendor Relations Specialist will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and building strong relationships with potential vendors, ensuring they meet the company's operational and quality standards. Daily tasks include evaluating vendor performance, facilitating discussions and agreements, negotiating terms, and providing ongoing support to address vendor concerns and optimize performance. Collaboration with internal teams to align vendor operations with company goals and strategies is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and vendor evaluation
• Knowledge in contract negotiation and logistics processes
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools or systems related to vendor management and logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; prior experience in vendor management or logistics is a plus
