Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drainage and/or Water Resource Engineer based in Bhubaneswar. The engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing water resources projects. Daily tasks include performing hydrological and hydraulic assessments, developing stormwater management plans, ensuring water quality compliance, and conducting site investigations. Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, as well as preparation of technical reports, will be key duties.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Water Resource Management and Hydrology
- Proficiency in Stormwater Management and Stormwater systems design
- Understanding of Water Quality and its regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Field experience and familiarity with GIS software are a plus
