Position Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Manager (Real Estate Investments) to lead investor acquisition and partnership growth.

The ideal candidate will be confident pitching high-ticket investment opportunities, building relationships with HNIs, and managing deals from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect with, and convert HNIs, NRIs, and family investors interested in real estate.
  • Present Assurance Developers' Investment Partner Program with clarity and confidence.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to explain ROI, timelines, and profit-sharing modelsAssurance Investment Program HNI.
  • Manage CRM pipelines, follow-up schedules, and investor onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, site visits, and reporting.
  • Represent the company at investor events, real estate expos, and networking meets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4–10 years of experience in investment sales, real estate advisory, or wealth management.
  • Proven track record in high-ticket (₹1 Cr+) deal closures.
  • Excellent communication and financial literacy.
  • Confident, trustworthy, and capable of handling sophisticated clients.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market trends is an advantage.
