**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Luxury Sales Associate** to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional client servicing while driving sales for our luxury brand. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring a premium experience for every client.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage clients with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Assist clients with product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized service.
- Ensure the showroom/store is well-maintained and reflects brand standards.
- Handle billing, client queries, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest product collections and brand stories.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury brands, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Professional grooming, etiquette, and a client-first attitude.
