Job Purpose
Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function for bio energy projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices across all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection protocols for project sites
  • Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor construction, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure quality benchmarks are met
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality deviations and non-conformities
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to embed quality in all processes
  • Manage third-party inspections, certifications, and documentation control
  • Provide training and awareness programs on quality standards and continuous improvement

Ideal Background

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in QA/QC roles
  • Experience in infrastructure or energy projects, preferably in bio energy or renewable sectors
  • Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred
