- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Product Development & Management
- Assist in managing product lifecycles, from concept to launch.
- Coordinate packaging design, labeling, and regulatory compliance with internal teams and suppliers.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback.
Brand Communication & Content
- Support brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Passion for tea and a creative, brand-focused mindset.
