The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
will be responsible for:

·  Sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior leadership to all the positions across domain education.

· This role requires deep market mapping, proactive talent engagement, and relationship building with both business unit and candidates.

·The individual will work closely with hiring stakeholders to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions, ensuring the right cultural and organizational fit for every placement.

KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS:

·Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential talent in targeted industries and geographies.

· Maintain and update a database of senior professionals, niche specialists, and emerging leaders.

·Track industry movements, organizational changes, and competitor talent shifts.

·Collaborate with business heads to understand workforce requirements, role specifications, and skill expectations, and translate them into comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.

·Proactively approach and engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct headhunting.

·Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, industry forums, alumni networks, and executive databases.

· Conduct discreet outreach to protect candidate confidentiality.

· Screen candidates for technical expertise, leadership competencies, and cultural fit.

· Conduct structured interviews to evaluate experience, achievements, and potential.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

· Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.

· Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and selection processes.

·  Negotiate compensation packages, offer terms, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

·  Maintain ongoing relationships with placed candidates to ensure successful integration.

·  Build and maintain strong industry networks and talent communities.

·  Represent the organization at industry events, professional associations, and networking forums.

CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
Master's in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
5–10+ years of experience in headhunting, executive search, or leadership hiring.

SKILLSET:

·      Strong track record in placing senior-level professionals across industries.

·      Excellent sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.

·      Proficient in using recruitment tools, platforms, and market intelligence resources.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:

Familiarity with Education Industry.

Understanding of the education market and trends.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

Willingness to travel extensively

Should be able to join immediate effect.
