JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is Seeking a Data Analyst.
• Associate will excel in creating detailed reports and visualizations, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to highlight areas for improvement.
• Use data insights to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Design, implement, and maintain databases and data management systems.
• Develop and present reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and solve data-related issues to enhance performance.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
