Job Description Role:Data Analyst / Sr. Consultant Location: Gurgaon (On-site, 5 days working) Experience: 58 years Are you a highly analytical and experienced Data Analyst / Sr. Consultant ready to take on end-to-end data challenges in a fast-paced environment Join our team in Gurgaon and drive data-driven insights that shape critical business decisions This is a full-time, on-site (5 days a week) role. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) - Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines for robust analytics and reporting. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple, complex systems. - Collaborate with data scientists and various business teams to deliver actionable, data-driven insights. - Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations (e.g., in Power BI) to support key business decisions. - Optimize SQL queries and maintain high data performance standards. What You'll Bring (Must-Have Skills) - 58 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data modeling, or Business Intelligence (BI) development. - Expert-level SQL: Strong command of query writing, optimization, complex joins, and performance tuning. - Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis. - Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau) for developing impactful visualizations. - Experience working with at least one modern database (e.g., Snowflake, MSSQL, MySQL, NoSQL). - Solid understanding of data integrity, validation, and pipeline workflows. - Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. The Ideal Edge (Good-to-Have Skills) - Exposure to Databricks or Kafka. - Experience in the Airline or Travel industry. - Basic understanding of SQL administration or data architecture concepts. - Familiarity with stream or batch processing concepts.
