
HR & Payroll Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll, attendance, leave administration, compliance monitoring, and disciplinary processes. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in fostering a positive and healthy work environment within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Accurately process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee salary records, deductions, and benefits.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure statutory deductions are compliant.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and record daily employee attendance.
- Manage leave requests, approvals, and maintain updated leave balances.
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
3. Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation - PF, Employees' State Insurance Corporation - ESI, Professional Tax - PT, etc.) and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation and reports.
4. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
- Promote a healthy, transparent, and motivating workplace environment.
- Organize small initiatives to boost morale and strengthen employee engagement.
5. Disciplinary Actions
- Address misconduct or policy violations fairly and professionally.
- Support management in implementing corrective measures as per company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and statutory laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
