Job Description:

MITS Academy is seeking a dynamic and responsible Centre Head to oversee centre operations, manage staff, ensure smooth academic delivery, and drive admissions growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Handle admissions, counselling, and student management
  • Lead and coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and support staff
  • Ensure high-quality academic delivery and student satisfaction
  • Monitor performance, maintain records, and report to management
  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities
  • Ensure discipline, professionalism, and smooth functioning of the centre

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in education/training industry preferred
  • Ability to manage teams and handle centre operations
  • Good understanding of counselling and admissions processes
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
