We're seeking a Community Program Specialist to drive deeper engagement across the Pathfinder Community in India by executing and scaling our Community Captains and Most Valuable Pathfinder (MVP) programs, while hosting unforgettable in-person events that fuel customer connection, product adoption, and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run India's MVP & Community Captains Programs under guidance from global leads; act as regional POC for all participants.

  • Build strong relationships with program leaders to boost contributions like events, content, and feedback.

  • Host monthly MVP sessions and onboard new Captains to foster program growth and engagement.

  • Plan and execute Pathfinder Meetups and User Group Dinners across India in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Managers.

  • Own event logistics end-to-end: goals, speakers, sponsors, venues, budgets, and post-event reporting.

  • Grow chapter membership and deepen customer connection through local engagement – creativity on how to accomplish this is encouraged

  • Ensure execution of community programming aligns with business goals to drive pipeline, advocacy, and product adoption.

  • Leverage AI tools every day to drive personal productivity and business results.

  • Gather feedback and report on India program performance to demonstrate community impact.

Success in This Role Looks Like

Within your first:

  • 90 Days: Meet all existing India MVPs and Community Captains and ensure they're supported in hosting virtual events, host your first Pathfinder Meetup and User Group Dinner.

  • 6 Months: Launch a calendar of events across all active India chapters, collaborate with Global User Group Program Manager in creating a plan to increase attendance by 25%, and support MVP recruitment strategy within India.

  • 12 Months: Create a thriving MVP and Captain ecosystem, recognized across the company for generating qualified pipeline, enhancing customer loyalty, and increasing Automation Anywhere's brand equity in India.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in community building, customer marketing, or event program management, ideally in SaaS, tech, or automation.

  • Proven experience organizing customer or developer events, especially in-person, city-level meetups or roadshows.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with a knack for building relationships with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders alike.

  • Data-driven mindset — you're comfortable setting KPIs and tracking program success.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time and potentially host in-person events on evenings and/or weekends.
