About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Program Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end

operations of the Skill Lab vertical. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and

operational excellence to ensure smooth functioning of all programs, courses, and industry

collaborations. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in empowering students with the

right resources, exposure, and guidance to achieve maximum learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage complete operations of the Skill Lab vertical, ensuring seamless execution of

programs.

● Develop and oversee course schedules, prepare faculty/student rosters, and ensure timely

delivery.

● Organise and coordinate expert talks, including sourcing and onboarding industry

experts.

● Build and maintain partnerships with industry professionals and organisations for

internships, real-time projects, and collaborations.

● Monitor class requirements related to equipment, tools, and techniques; ensure proper

inventory management.

● Provide leadership and guidance to the Skill Lab team to drive efficiency and motivation.

● Facilitate the availability of proper resources and opportunities to maximise student

productivity.

● Ensure smooth day-to-day operations without delays, gaps, or disruptions.

● Regularly review and update program outcomes, addressing operational challenges

proactively.

Skills & Qualifications Required

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.

● Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in program management, operations, or

educational/skill development initiatives.

● Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities.

● Leadership qualities with a self-driven and motivated approach.

● Experience in liaising with industry experts, academic institutions, and training partners.

● Knowledge of inventory management and resource allocation.
