Role Description

We are hiring motivated
MBA/BBA students
for a
1-month Digital CRM Internship
designed to provide hands-on experience in customer relationship management and digital operations.

Interns will work remotely for
3 hours daily
, contributing to a special CRM-driven project focused on digital customer engagement, lead nurturing, automation handling, and data organization.

You will gain valuable exposure to CRM tools, digital communication processes, business workflow management, and client coordination.

At the end of the internship, you will receive
dual certification
to enhance your resume and employability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
  • Assist in digital communication & follow-up workflows
  • Support lead tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project-related activities
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all CRM entries
  • Perform daily assigned tasks within the 3-hour work window
  • Participate in weekly review meetings and reporting

Qualifications

  • Only MBA/BBA students
    (1st year or final year)
  • Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, or business operations
  • Basic understanding of customer communication & data management
  • Good command over English or Hindi
  • Laptop + stable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily task requirements
  • Strong discipline and willingness to learn
