About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Consulting and Staffing Services sales. This role is designed for a true sales hunter who thrives on building new client relationships, acquiring new logos, and generating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a stable career history, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Drive full-cycle sales, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue and quota targets.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruiting teams to align client needs with solutions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and professional networks, particularly in the Dallas market, to create business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven sales/business development experience in IT Consulting or Staffing Services.
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and new business.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Stable work history with evidence of career growth in previous organizations.
  • Established network and presence in the Dallas market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
