About the Role:

Join us to work on real Business Transformation Projects — from performance audits to

process optimization. You'll assist in identifying operational inefficiencies, supporting

digital outreach/Marketing, coordination, content creation& management,

documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct & Assist in business performance audits & process reviews, documentation

Manage data analysis, stakeholder communication, and management consulting tasks

Create and update content for increased digital outreach

Prepare defined documents by collating and formatting data (Internal & External)

Use of online tool for content creation, data management, and workflow tracking

Collate and prepare reports, SOPs, and presentations using online tools

Any addition tasks as per business Requirement

Requirements

Any Graduate (Business, Commerce, Technical, Arts, etc)

Good written and spoken English communication & analytical skills

Working knowledge of social media & online tools

Own laptop + stable internet, Proficient in MS Office

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Interest in business consulting & process improvement
