  • Assist in formulation and periodic review of CIS governance and policy framework in line with standards, laws, and national guidelines.

  • Support NIC Cyber & Information Security Governance Division in contract/tender activities for empanelment of Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

    • Monitor adherence to contract terms, work orders, and timelines.

    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

    • Review project compliance reports from MSPs.

    • Oversee documentation, resource management, and exit management.

    • Validate SLA performance, assess conformance, and verify payments after penalties.

    • Publish periodic project progress trackers.

  • Assist in drafting and issuing advisories, procedures, and guidelines on cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Handle administrative tasks including recording meeting minutes, collecting data, preparing documentation, and presentations for internal/external reviews.

Qualifications
(a) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech /MCA/MSc. or equivalent or
higher  (b) Certificaton: PMP/Prince2  (c) Having minimum 6 years of experience in cyber
security project management and cyber security
strategy and governance work (experience of
minimum four years in working with govt/public sector
client/organisations).  (d) Experience in formulaton of Cyber & Informa?on
Security (CIS) Governance and policy framework as per
international standards, applicable law, government
policies and guidelines.  (e) Experience in contract governance & execution,
vendor performance review and risk control.  (f) Identify potential risks and issues related to cyber
security project execution and develop mi?ga?on
