Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and application support for Flow Cytometry products to key accounts in the assigned region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support business development and customer engagement.
  • Manage select key accounts independently, while supporting others jointly with sales representatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant immunology research, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Regularly travel within the assigned territory (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai) to meet customers.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Immunology (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Flow Cytometry both theoretical and practical.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Field Application Specialist or in customer-facing scientific roles.
  • Exposure to key accounts in research institutes, hospitals, and biotech/pharma companies.

Location:

  • Base: Hyderabad
  • Travel: Frequent travel to Bangalore, Chennai, and other parts of South India.
