Job Description – Visa & Immigration Process Specialist (On-site, Warangal)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa & Immigration Process Specialist to join our team in Warangal. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in handling student and work visa processes for multiple countries and ensure smooth, compliant, and accurate guidance for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires expertise in U.S., U.K., Australia, Germany, Ireland, and Canada immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide end-to-end guidance on visa processes for U.S., U.K., Australia, Germany, Ireland, and Canada.


• Evaluate client profiles, eligibility, and documentation requirements for study, work, and dependent visas.


• Ensure compliance with the latest immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and admission requirements.


• Counsel and prepare students/professionals for visa interviews and documentation checks.


• Maintain accurate records of all applications, follow-ups, and approvals.


• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and authorized visa centers when required.


• Assist in drafting SOPs, cover letters, financial documents, and visa application forms.


• Stay updated on immigration law changes, policies, and timelines.


• Support the admissions and consultancy team with accurate information and compliance checks.


• Train junior staff on documentation and visa-related best practices.

Required Qualifications


• US Visa Certification (Mandatory).


• Proven track record of handling visa applications for U.S., U.K., Australia, Germany, Ireland, and Canada.


• Strong knowledge of each country's student visa, dependent visa, and work permit process.


• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferred in International Relations, Education, or Business).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.


• Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and online application portals.

Desired Skills


• Prior experience in a consultancy or international education agency.


• Ability to explain complex visa rules in simple, client-friendly language.


• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.


• Knowledge of SEVIS transfers, Day-1 CPT (for the U.S.), and post-study work opportunities is a plus.
