Job Description:

Mandatory skills : Automation Testing, Playwrite, GenAI, Any cloud(AWS/GCP/Azure), JavaScript/typescript

  • Responsible for leading a team of QA engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
  • Test Planning: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
  • Mentor and train junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and expertise.
  • Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and implement them to enhance the effectiveness of the QA process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
  • Mentor and train junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and expertise.
  • Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and implement them to enhance the effectiveness of the QA process.

Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QA engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with various testing techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
