Job Summary:

We are seeking a
highly skilled Automation Architect / QA Lead
with strong expertise in
Playwright, Selenium
, and
AI-powered testing frameworks
. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent test automation solutions, drive best practices, and guide teams in adopting modern automation strategies that enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement
    enterprise-level automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
  • Evaluate and integrate
    AI-driven testing tools
    (e.g., Mabl, Testim, Functionize, Applitools) for smart test creation, maintenance, and analytics.
  • Define
    automation strategy, standards, and best practices
    across multiple projects and teams.
  • Collaborate with
    DevOps and development teams
    to integrate automation into
    CI/CD pipelines
    and cloud-based environments.
  • Build and maintain
    end-to-end test automation suites
    for web, API, and microservices.
  • Drive adoption of
    self-healing and visual validation tests
    to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
  • Perform
    code reviews
    and mentor automation engineers on technical design and test implementation.
  • Establish
    metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
    to measure automation efficiency and test coverage.
  • Stay updated with
    emerging AI and ML trends in testing
    and continuously enhance automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience
    in test automation, with at least
    3+ years in a lead or architect role.
  • Proven experience in building frameworks with
    Playwright
    ,
    Selenium
    , and
    TestNG / Pytest / Jest / Mocha.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Experience with
    AI/ML-powered testing tools
    (Mabl, Testim, Applitools, Functionize, etc.).
  • Expertise in integrating automation with
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of
    API testing, microservices, and RESTful services.
  • Working knowledge of
    Docker, Kubernetes
    , and
    cloud-based test execution (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Experience in
    performance testing
    (JMeter, k6) and
    security testing tools.
  • Exposure to
    BDD frameworks
    (Cucumber, Behave).
  • Understanding of
    DevTestOps
    and
    shift-left testing
    strategies.
  • Hands-on with
    Visual Regression Testing
    and
    self-healing AI frameworks.
  • Certifications like
    ISTQB, Certified SDET, or AWS DevOps
    are a plus.
