Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Lead Architect
In this role, we are looking for a Lead Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platforms to lead strategic transformation programs across enterprise clients. 
The Lead Salesforce Architect is responsible for driving the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across the enterprise solutions that integrate Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Accounts Payable (AP) process automation This role serves as the strategic technical leader for all Salesforce initiatives—defining architectural standards, AI innovation, and finance domain knowledge to deliver intelligent, automated, and scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Architectural Strategy & Design
o    Define and own the Salesforce architecture roadmap — aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
o    Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
o    Translate complex business requirements into technical designs that leverage Salesforce's capabilities.
o    Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases, and recommend adoption strategies.
o    Develop multi-org and multi-cloud strategies across Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform Clouds.

AI-Driven Solutions\: 
o    Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design and implement intelligent workflow automation, and generative AI use cases within Salesforce (e.g., invoice processing, supplier interactions, predictive analytics).

Technical Leadership

o    Lead the technical design authority for all Salesforce AP initiatives.
o    Review solution blueprints, integrations, and data flows to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
o    Define and enforce best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API usage, and declarative configurations.
o    Guide teams on integration design patterns, API management, and event-driven architectures.
o    Partner with enterprise architects to ensure consistency across the broader application landscape.

Data Architecture & Governance
o    Design robust data models to support business processes while maintaining data integrity and performance.
o    Define and manage data governance standards, ensuring compliance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
o    Oversee data migration and synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, Data Lakes, Marketing Automation, etc.).
o    Optimize data usage for analytics, AI/ML integrations, and reporting.

Integration & Automation
o    Architect integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware tools.
o    Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems — such as ERP, HR, and financial platforms.
o    Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git).
o    Define standards for API security, authentication, and scalability.

Governance & Delivery Oversight
o    Establish and manage Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards.
o    Define coding, review, and deployment standards for internal and vendor teams.
o    Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and technical performance assessments.
o    Ensure delivery quality, platform stability, and minimal technical debt.
 

Leadership & Collaboration
o    Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, program managers, and product owners.
o    Act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership on CRM transformation initiatives.
o    Mentor developers, admins, and other architects to raise the overall technical bar.
o    Facilitate knowledge sharing and establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science.

•    Experience working in multi-org or multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

•    Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, Large Language Models, and their enterprise applications.

•    Prior exposure to AI, automation, or agentic workflow integrations with Salesforce.

•    Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

•    Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and finance operations.

•    Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).

•    Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

•    Experience managing vendor or offshore delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Technical Proficiency:
o    Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
o    Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and integration patterns.
o    Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous integrations.
o    Familiar with Salesforce security architecture, OAuth, and SSO integrations.
o    Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
o    Exposure to GenAI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and workflow orchestration platforms.

•    Certifications (Highly Preferred):
o    Salesforce Certified Application Architect
o    Salesforce Certified System Architect
o    Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — Preferred

•    Soft Skills:
o    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
o    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o    Ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
