Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Brand Protection and Investigation based in Gurugram. The role requires coordinating with police and regulatory authorities for raids, managing field teams, intelligence networks, and vendors, and overseeing all operational aspects of brand protection assignments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in brand protection, corporate investigations, or law enforcement liaison work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field investigators to ensure smooth execution of investigations.
- Coordinate with police and enforcement agencies for raids and seizures.
- Oversee filing of complaints and legal documentation for field operations.
- Manage vendors and intelligence networks to gather actionable intelligence.
- Plan and supervise all field operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure timely execution of raids and enforcement actions.
- Provide guidance and strategic direction to the field team during investigations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Brand Protection and Investigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop strategies and provide actionable recommendations
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to brand protection
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Experience in the corporate investigation and risk mitigation industry is a plus
