Job Title: HR Recruiter – Healthcare Industry

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Healthcare Recruitment – Hospitals & Nursing Homes)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with prior experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically in hiring for hospitals and nursing homes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals and support staff to meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for various healthcare roles including doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Understanding manpower requirements from hospital/nursing home management and preparing accurate job descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and management.
  • Managing offer negotiations, joining formalities, and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational and healthcare industry standards in recruitment practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment for hospitals and nursing homes.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare job roles and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
