About the Role --We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing digital products using Figma. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a user-first mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design effective solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for responsive web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • RequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (preferably designed in Figma).
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good to HaveKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Understanding of motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
