We seek a dynamic UI/UX designer responsible for enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design across our digital platforms. You'll ensure optimal usability and exceptional visual design, staying abreast of UX/UI trends and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

- Assessing UX design needs for our digital assets.
- Creating a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
- Developing high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, and widgets.
- Testing UI elements and collaborating with teams for tailored digital experiences.
- Providing guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities.
- Adhering to typography and graphic design standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective multitasking and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
