Were hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who understands how fans, athletes, coaches, and sports consumers interact with digital products. The ideal candidate has proven experience designing engaging platforms in the sports ecosystem, from fantasy apps to athletic performance dashboards, OTT platforms, stadium apps, or fitness products.

This role blends strategy, research, product collaboration, and leadership—not just visual design.

Key Responsibilities

User Strategy & Research

• Lead user research across fans, players, fitness users, teams, and sponsors

• Define personas and journeys for apps like fantasy sports, streaming, gamified platforms, coaching dashboards, or wearables

• Translate sports industry behavior into high-impact design solutions

Design Execution & Innovation

• Own end-to-end UX/UI for mobile, web, smart TV, and wearable platforms

• Create design systems, prototypes, animations, dashboards, and real-time interfaces

• Build engaging UI for live data (scores, analytics, leaderboards, matches)

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior designers and UI teams

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders

• Participate in roadmap discussions and product vision for sports ecosystems

Testing & Optimization

• Conduct usability tests with fan communities, athletes, or fitness users

• Optimize engagement, retention, and conversions through design decisions

• Use data insights to iterate quickly

Required Skills & Tools

Core UX/UI Skills:

• Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design

• Motion/UI Animations, Micro-interactions

• Responsive & cross-platform experience (web/mobile/tablets/TV apps)

Design Tools:

• Figma

• Adobe XD / Sketch

• InVision / ProtoPie / Framer

• Illustrator / After Effects (bonus)
