About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Digital Content Production Planning team. The role focuses on managing digital demand, triaging requests, and optimizing content workflows to support marketing and business objectives. You will collaborate across teams to drive strategic content delivery, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of digital content and marketing requests.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to assess requests for completeness, urgency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with product owners and delivery teams to track content throughout its lifecycle.
  • Conduct prioritization forums and ensure optimal resource allocation based on complexity and impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance content planning and performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage content strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality, targeted content across various channels (digital, print, media).
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Establish and promote best practices within the Content Operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in digital demand management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to assess and manage emergency content requests.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront or similar).
  • Familiarity with large-scale corporate websites and digital ecosystems.
  • Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Management.
