Digital Marketing

Duties/Responsibilities include:
Creating and overseeing Google, Meta & Linked Ads.

Can manage Seo & keyword.

Create, develop, and fully edit digital advertising campaigns, graphics, and ads for News, Sales, and Community-based programs.

Supervise Creative Services producers - helping with content creation, copy-writing, digital graphic design, and advanced production. Work with producers and editors as well as VP of Creative to create brand marketing campaigns. Teaming with digital and other station editors on compositing and story-boarding content for our social pages.

Daily management of station digital platforms and pages such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.,

Work with digital team manager, graphics hub, and VP of Creative Services to create necessary marketing branding graphic elements for all station platforms.

Create, review, approve, and revise copy as assigned.

Develop and produce unique and creative/branded station content for our digital platforms.

Work with News managers and EPs to obtain the best content/moments of our news products that demonstrate our brand to viewers/users.

Serve as a liaison between News, Sales, and Creative Services.

Help to grow our news audience and engagement on all digital platforms

Create contests and giveaways to drive tune-in assigned programs.

As Marketing Digital Manager, you will also be responsible for the daily execution of unique digital content and production, including writing, directing, cinematography, editing and a working knowledge of motion graphic design. In addition, you will work with our station’s news managers to create innovative and branded news, and marketing materials for the station on-air, station website, station social sites, and all other mobile platforms.

Work with VP of Creative Services to organize branded social efforts by tracking goals, evaluating posts, and developing best practices.

Work with Creative Services Director to educate producers in developing successful news promotion writing styles and innovative editing techniques.

Track metrics and determine the success of content/coverage marketing programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong understanding of web/social trends and technology

Experience in leading a marketing team to innovative writing, editing, and producing branded content.

Experience producing daily unique and compelling digital content

Strong understanding of web/social trends and technology

Ability to work under daily deadline pressure

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills

Equipment/Software Used - Microsoft Office

Additional responsibilities

assigned as deemed necessary

Advanced video production skills knowlegde with basic camera knowledge would be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,436.42 - ₹35,000.00 per month
