**The Role**:
We’re searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support our campaigns and content initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who loves both creativity and analytics — and wants to be part of a collaborative team that makes brands stand out online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
- Help maintain and update websites and blogs (WordPress or other CMS).
- Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing content for SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Research trends, competitor strategies, and new digital marketing tools.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as needed.

**About You**:

- You’re organized, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
- You have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
- You’re able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- You’re familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (internships included).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Detail-oriented with a drive for creating engaging, on-brand content.
