Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Adobe Campaign Developer
to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals across marketing/media, analytics, customer journey, application development, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the
technical implementation of global marketing automation and e-CRM projects
using Adobe Campaign, contributing to customer journey design, automation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, analytics, and IT to deliver global e-CRM and marketing automation solutions.
  • Lead the
    technical implementation of marketing campaigns
    (standalone, multi-step, and message center) in
    Adobe Campaign Classic
    .
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys and automation workflows.
  • Create and adapt templates for
    newsletters, landing pages, and forms
    .
  • Develop reusable
    best practices and frameworks
    for various markets.
  • Design and implement innovative technical solutions using Adobe Campaign.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, personalization, and scalability.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years
    of hands-on experience with
    Email Service Providers (ESPs)
    and/or
    CRM tools
    , with a strong focus on
    Adobe Campaign Classic
    .
  • Proven track record in campaign setup, delivery, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in
    HTML/XHTML
    ,
    CSS
    ,
    XML
    , and
    JavaScript
    for email and landing page customization.
  • Basic working knowledge of
    Python
    and/or
    SQL
    is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of
    marketing automation concepts
    ,
    customer journeys
    , and
    data-driven campaigns
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving
    ,
    project management
    , and
    analytical
    skills.
  • High degree of
    independence
    and
    solution orientation
    .

Other Requirements:

  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    , especially
    Excel

  • Strong
    communication skills
    and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Fluency in

    (German proficiency is an added advantage).
