Salary: 12k-15k/month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee – Telesales to support our sales operations. The role involves handling enquiries generated through various portals, following up with customers, preparing quotations, and coordinating order follow-ups to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales enquiries from different online portals (IndiaMART,n website leads, Chatboard, etc.)
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for product promotion and follow-ups
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders regularly
  • Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery status
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales follow-up reports
  • Assisting seniors in sales work.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in any Discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
