Job Description:

As a Software Engineer, you will design and implement back-end components for

our platforms. You will work with technologies including Java, Spring Boot and Kafka to develop

high-performance, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.

• Apply 12-factor application principles to build robust, scalable solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement processes.

• Contribute to the estimation of new features.

• Implement automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting for continuous deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Considerable experience with back-end development with Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience with event streaming technologies, particularly Kafka.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamworking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

• Experience with GitHub.

• Understanding and application of 12-factor app principles.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.

• Experience using PostgresSQL.
